Bad Customer service

I bought a cellphone in December from Markham Orange Farms. A month down the line the phone's software froze and I had to take my phone back. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks for it to be fixed however its been full 3 months now. The guys working at the store have no customer service, they treat people as if they don't care, I hate going back to that store because the service they provide is just bad.... I would love to have my phone back and close whatever account I have with the store
