Bad customer service don’t ever buy by markhams

This experience was the most ridiculous I went to wesgate mall branch bought a phone Samsung A05 as a gift for my mom ,we took the phone home it started to give problems overheating,switching off and sim not working we took it back within the 7 days they said it had to be booked in we allowed that they gave us the phone back and we had to check it out the phone still gave problems and we again went back to the store the manager made us feel as if we lying they booked it in again this time we said if they can’t fix it they need to give a refund they never had a outcome they just gave us a replacement phone I decided to keep the phone for two weeks with me and it just switch off mind u this is the new one problems after problems I went back and the manager called her area supervisor and explained the situation they advised the phone must be booked in I’ve been going back and they don’t want to give my refund I feel this is unfair having to walk all the time back for a item that doesn’t work and ontop of that the manager is just ridiculous I’m very upset
