Bad customer service

I went 4 time already in the Maryam's store in parow center known as Sanlam center the service you receive from staff there is disgusting the store manager who name is Roysten is not even in the store when you ask for a store manager the staff don't smile or greet or ask with what can they help you they rude they shout at each other they just there busy with there own thing as a account holder with the tfg group or even a cash payer you would expect a better experience in the store yet you just get bad service over and over I believe if you in the service industry and serving customers no matter what you're mood you're customer service must be up to standard yet not at that store they just wonder around and not help but in actually fact at most of the tfg outlets you get that service who employs there staff because that person really needs to open there eyes and see is the person that they employing going to hold there name high or let it roll thru the mud seriously guys you make you're money thru you're customers and if you can't even assist them how will you be able to make money and also how are you going to prosper not only that said company values needs to be followed I seriously hope some one is going to take note of this and make a point of it so that staff can get better training also said see if the store manager is worthy of running a store Chad helped me the last time the boys lips are hanging on the ground not even on the counter he looks like he don't want to be there please guys make a serious turn around in your store to help customers better and push up your service levels because you need a wake up call
