Bad customer service

Walk in by the store and not a single one of them greet. They stand there looking at you, one staff member posing on a display, seem angry at us walking around in store. I walk around looking for a ear piece, find it in a case ans still no-one approaches me, instead three staff member staff start having a convo right next to. I had to approach one, who looked at me strangely, gave me what I wanted without saying anything, no please, thank you! By the pay point, get no smile, no hello, no please, no thank you. Yet they have time to joke with each other. And this is not the first time, happens quite often!
