Bad customer from Markham Tzaneen

I went to buy a cell phone for my son on the 19 December 2022 and saw Samsung A03 there was a price of R2499 on the shelf then when they bring a phone from the back/store room the actual box it’s written a price of R1999 on the actual box of the phone that am paying.

I asked for supervisor and they called David and asked why am I paying 2499 instead of the 1999 that I see on the actual item that am buying , he only said the phone scanned for 2499 then I must pay what it scanned for , then I asked him again why because you can’t scan 2499 and I see 1999. Then I asked to see David’s manager and I had to wait for about 15 minutes. Then Bertha came told there’s nothing she can do with attitude and went back with me explaining what I wanted to tell her.
