Bad company to deal with

Foschini group is the worst company iv ever delt with th people working at their head office are so unhelpful im struggling to get a paid up letter for an account that was paid and closed in 2016 and now I must struggle because some didn't do their job and I m told they are busy investigating for what because I just need them to get off my back because I paid the account in full and I dont owe them anything
