Bad client service

I was so disappointed by the way we were treated at Markham Ermelo mall (usually called Sanlam Mall). It's written on the door that they open at 09:00 on Sundays but we found ourselves still waiting outside at 09:15. No one cared to explain to us as to why they still closed but instead made funny gestures when we looked at them. We also work with people and we know that customer service is very crucial. They cannot say they opening at 09:00 but the door is still closed at 09:15. When they opened the door, no one came to us and apologized for making us wait outside and inconvenience us. Is this how Markham treats its customers? :(
