Bad bad service

Placed an online order more than a week ago. After exceeding the 3-5 working days delivery I have not yet received my order. First I was told the delivery address was incorrect and then I was told there is a problem with the courier. Now no one can tell me where my order is or when it will arrive. Such poor service and only empty promises
