bad bad customer service from Marham parow centre

this is the worst service i had in many years, i did an insurance claim and the lady that i spoke to was very unhelp full.she tells me that she cant help me with insurane claim and that the store dont deal with that but when i spoke to the guy last week he was quite helpfull.she did not even ask my name or id nr to chek what my details is,whem i told her i do not want to speak to her i want to speak to magenement she told me she is not going to give her name and that management is running late so i cant speak to a Manager..im paying for a service and this is what i get.WOW customer serive of the year.
