Bad bad bad service

Yesterday i went to markham carlton centre with a cell phone quiry,the guy there which is a manager i think,refused ti help me telling me he cant assist me today i must come tomor,when i came back today they say i must go to makharm in Pritchard steet(the big one) , ehen i go to the big one the lady said he cant assist me bciz she has two customers for insurance claim nd i dd t mean anything. She also then said i must go to the other markharm down the road also in Pritchard opposite game,i saw it as a waste of my time to go to the 3rd Markham nd they will also send me to another markam,thus is really incopentant for people or cellphone assistant do these kind of behaviours i will cancel my account with you because no service is bee randed ti customers
