Bad attitude from one of the staff

This is how it goes i just went to Markham (Mamelodi Denlyn) well with intentions of paying my account yes and it was around 17:58 by that time the I'm not sure if she's a store manager or supervisor (ugly perm) was busy closing the doors.. Then I asked her if it was possible to let me in, owk I do blame myself because I was slightly late..guys the attitude that I got from that woman,.. She even shutted the door on my face,.. That woman she bitter and rude she full of nonsense , she doesn't even have a smile toward the customers. Please I urge you to teach your staff some manners
