Bad Attitude from Employee

Yesterday I arrived at Markham, Groblersdal, 10min (16h50) before closing time (which is written to be 17h00 at the door) but the doors were already closed. I stood at the door and asked them to open because it isn't closing time yet but they just ignored me until another customer was going out. A male employee came to the door and told me from the inside that he isn't opening for me. He opened the door for the other customers to go out but tried to close it to my face. I stopped him with my feet between the doors and asked him for his name. He asked why I wanted his name and I told him it is so that I know who to report when I file a complaint about this incident. He then opened for me and told me that next time I must come earlier. I told him that if they want people to come in earlier then they should write at the door that "doors close before five" or change the operating hours. He asked me that if he comes to the hospital where I work 15min before closing time will I assist him and I told him we close at 16h30 and I personally do not refuse anyone services in my department irrespective of what time they arrive. He told me that my problem is that I know too much. He then kept quiet.

I took the item I came to buy, which didn't even take 5min, and as I was paying and let go of the incident dude just couldn't keep his mouth shut ?. He then says now that I know they close earlier I should never come again at this time. I told him again that "then change the operating hours at the door because as long as those operating hours are written at the door I can come anytime before 5 and expect assistance". As he tried to argue another employee asked him to keep quiet (I think she called him Eddie) and only then did he let the issue go.

I'd like you to address the issue. Either change your operating hours at the door or write a note at the door informing customers that you close doors earlier because as things stand you are selling us wrong services. I knock off at 16h30 and if I know you close door early I wouldn't bother coming to your shop after I knock off from work but because you **** to me and say you close at 5pm I bothered to drive my car and spent my petrol to come to your shop only to find out you close earlier than the said time.?

And mind you this wasn't the 1st time this happened to me at this shop. Previously I just left but the next day I told them that when I arrived at 16h45 I found the doors open and asked them never to do that again because what if it was the last day to pay my account and the next thing my account goes on arrears because of them? Unfortunately all those other employee are not working there anymore.
