bad attitude

my card was cut into pieces after they didn't return it to me after making a transaction, following day by 9am was at the store to get my card, they gave me pieces of my card from a bin, was told to get another card and stop complaining it's only R60, store manager didn't see any wrong with this, no one rang me to tell me to come get my card before deciding to cut it .
