Bad and slow service Markham festival mall

What a horrible service by Markham, I just wanted a lousy card replacement, stood in a queue for over 30 mins because only one teller was working, get there eventually, only to be told the system is off line, my time, my money wasted to get there, not even sure when to go again because I might get the same thing again.
