Awaiting

I am very disgusted of the Markhams service,my nephew opened an account with them in 2016,sadly he lost his job and his account was handed over to the attornies,his mum which is my sister paid off the acount in 9 august 2018,and my nephew asked for the letter of settlement which was never sent,recently had gone for an interview,done everything that was required of him to do before he gets the job but unfortunately this Narkhams account appeared that he owe them,he then went to Markhams to ask about that acòunt they say he is owing,he was told he owes R33 which they call COLLECTION AGENT FEE,he than paid that amount about 4 weeks back and asked for the settlement letter,he en the number of the NOPTORN LABRIANOS ATTORNIES regarding the settlement letter,he foned and spoke to Buyi who is the attornies PA,she said the letter will be emailed to my nephew
