Arrogant , rude and no customer service

I walked into your Thabong store and after a very good 15 minutes the sale assistant was sitting on a ladder minding his own business until I approached him , and asked for a certain pair of shoes which they did not have a size so I asked to check on the system which store has it , he only mentioned one store which is in Nelspruit but to my surprise when sneaked to his screen I saw one at Vaal Mall but he said that couldn’t have been lay byed or kept for someone , Iasked him to call them , he did and stayed for long in that call then confirmed it’s available. I believe you have services such as internal transfer and so on but he didn’t even bother to offer me such, he was cold and very condescending to say the least. I’m not sure if this the type of customer service Markhams pride itself with or this person by the name of Ntando is fed up by working at the store.

I felt unwanted and as if I’m disturbing him on vacation. He kept on staring at whatever he was starring at. Mind you that before he could start forcing himself to help me I asked for his manager and he just said she is busy at the back doing stock taking and that when I asked him To help me . He was not even bothered to find out why do I need the manager or he also assumed that it was social visit. I don’t think f he is a regional manager or the area manager a customer is a customer , he is not doing sales or customer service so i don’t know why he is on your payroll.
