Arrogant employer of Markham Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom - Yvonne Moleje, apparently the manager, but she does should not work with customers.

Terribly disappointed in the service me and my son received at Markham at Mooirivier Mall in Potchefstroom.

My son needs a formal pants for his dinner at the hostel where he studies, he stays in Potchefstroom and I stay in Krugersdorp. I told him to go to Markham, because I like the quality and we get good service at all the branches in Krugersdorp.

My Fochini card is very old, it does not swipe anymore, I use it a lot at Total Sport, they never swipe my card, the store assistants punch in my card number for me to purchase clothes.

I sent a photo of my id and my Fochini card to my son's phone, I told him to ask the store assisstant to phone me, they can verify me over the phone so that he can buy the pants he needs on my account.

A lady phoned me, at first I thought she is friendly and helpful, her name: Yvonne Moleje. I asked to speak to the store manager, she said that she is the store manager, my son, who was in the shop also asked for the store manager, no one was wearing a badge or any identification of being the manager.

I explained my predicament to Yvonne, she laughed at me. She said that no one can purchase without swiping a card. I told her that all the other stores where I buy on this account they punch in the card number, then she said I must be in the store. When I asked her if she understands what I told her, that I stay in Krugersdorp and my son in 2 hours away from me, I can not be in the store. She again laughed and said I must replace my card. I totally lost my patience with her, I told her that I am going to report her, she does not care.

She said that she's been working at Markham for 20 years.

Totally unacceptable for any store to have disrespectful personal, I have been a client for more that 20 years and have never experienced this type of arrogance.
