Approved application disappeared

I app**** for a Markhams account. The account was approved before lockdown but when i wanted to collect the card i was told that the call center is no longer active due to the lockdown - this was a few days before lockdown was announced. I can't reapply for a account now and have no idea what happened to my previous application. This really sucks as i dont want to apply at another retailer since i dont know what is happening with this one
