APPALLING SERVICE ACROSS THE BOARD

My wife and I had the most appalling treatment at the Markhams store at Table Mall on Freedom Day (27 April 2022).

The disrespectful, unbecoming and combative behavior of the Sales Assistant (I won't name her - although she refused to give us her name when we asked for it for purposes of a complaint against her) is something I cannot even put into words.

We were promised a call back by the Area Manager by Friday, 29 April 2022 but no such call was forthcoming.

We called on yesterday (30 April 2022) and were promised by the store manager that he/she (the area manager) would call us. Unsurprisingly, this did not happen.

On the day of the traumatic encounter with the Sales Assistant, we called at TFG Group's contact centre and we're given CS-717275 as reference number for the call/investigation.

I cannot put into words how the treatment we received on Freedom Day has left my wife and I feeling about an organization I thought once stood for quality clothing and excellent customer service.

I am extremely disappointed at the fact that no one, especially the Area Manager has gotten back to us. It's appalling service all round.
