Annoyed Customer

I am horribly annoyed to say the least. I have just opened my credit rating and status, it shows me that my scores has gone down by 14 points from last month (Feb 2020) comparable to this month (March 2020).

Yes, i paid R200+_ less than what i was supposed to and it was a mistake that i made, i am suprised that you were very quick to use that against me and affect my credit score at the credit bereau

I say without a doubt that i am one of your loyal clients and has been for long, the fact that i made a mistake should count for something, but i guess you dont care about that and that is not important to you.

I am so annoyed that i have made a decision that i will not utilise your services and i will seek to pay off my account and preferably use someone else i.e. Truworths.
