***** AND NEGLIGENT STAFF MEMBERS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
On the 30th of November 2024 at approximately 13h00, I went to Markhams at Sunny Park Mall, I did my clothing purchases and paid for my clothes on the TGF account. While I was busy with my transaction, the Male cashier (African, skinny light in completion) who assisted me never gave me my TFG card back. I left the store with confidence, hoping or thinking that both my card and all the receipts are all together inside the plastic bag with my clothes. I know that my card has my proof of residence, my cellphone number and all the required information to get in contact with me when necessary. I was horrified by my December statement, showing that my installment is approximately 1200. I normally pay around +- R450 per month, as I am not a big shopper. TFG increased my buying power up to R13 000, without my consent. Not even without any means of communication with me to authorise the increase in credit allowance. As I arrived at POLOKWANE for a holiday on 23/12/2024, I thought, let me go and pay for my account, then I drove to Savannah Mall at American Swiss, early in the morning, when I arrived at the store, I explained to the cashier that I can't find my card and I would like to make my payments and block the card. She was helpful and the big story of my life was that my card owes R13 000, it was swiped by the unknown user, all purchases were done without my permission, at various TFG stores in Pretoria. My account was cleaned out, I am now sitting with a debt of R13 000 for some of the items that were authorised by TGF stores without my permission, without my signature, without contacting me or Identity verification. I am really disappointed with TFG services, and I will never recommend their services to anyone and as a Media specialist, I will make sure that their stakeholders get this horrific message within a short space of time. I AM REALLY HARD BROKEN.
