Amount I have to pay but I did not use it.

I'm a not happy with Markham at all, that's why I write my second review I joined Markham one one product for mobile datas but i didn't received the data's so I decided to cancel the product the next day with them over the phone but when i received my statement for this month the money is still appearing as R39 so that means I have to pay an amount of that I did not use, so i feel like it not fair for me to have that account, after paying the balance I will close the account.
