Aggressive and Rude Store Manager

I went to the store on Thursday, asked the cashier to purchase data on my acc. He then called the store manager to confirm the purchase. She refused then, saying they dont sell data only if u purchase a phone.

She then looked at the acc details and insisted that it is not my account. And said she'll going to call customer service. I told her I want the card as I need to get to work. She refused and then gave it to another staff member. He also refused to return the card and then I contacted my husband and after her exchanged words with her, they then returned the card to me.

After accusing me of ***** and telling me the cameras are watching me. They out right embarrassed me and the store manager was extremely aggressive and rude. I have contacted Foschini Group and usual no response.

I dont know how she managed to be a store manager, but she is in the wrong industry.
