Accounts complaint

Opened an Markham account online and got approved by sms stating that i can go to the nearest foschini group store hence i chose the Markham's at green-stone since i work close to there. I was told that i was approved for R4000 credit and i started buying for sum of R1400, Later on in a week i got an sms stating that i needed not to buy anything no more as my account was frozen, all i needed was to submit all the documentation i.e.\bank statements
