Account still not setled.

After almost 6 years, my Markham account is still not settled. I have opened an account in 2009/10. Everything was fine until they increase the limit on the card from R6000 to R8000 without my permission. I was upset by this ******* action and stopped making payments to Markham. After several months my Markham account was handed over to Vericred. They started calling me every day and sending me threatening letters demanding immediate payment. After a while I decided to start with payments to Vericred. I tried to settle the account with them after numerous telephone calls without any luck. Vericred doesn't care about Markham customers. All they care about is their interests and fees. After several payments I stopped receiving monthly balance text messages. I've called them and ask them to notify me every month about my Markham account balance. Every time I've called, they promised me that they would change this in the system but didn't keep their promise. I hope with this complain my account can finally be settled for a reasonable remaining amount.
