account re-opened 6 yrs later ..
<p>i settled my acount and it was closed in 2010 .</p> <p>a month ago i started receiving email statements from markham..</p> <p>I contacted the call centre and they said there was a letter sent just before i had settled and closed the account , hence the amount of R16 outstanding . </p> <p>so in the past 6 years i never heard anything about this outstanding amount , yet you expect me to pay it after 6 years ? </p> <p> </p> <p>IF I WANTED TO USE THE ACCOUNT I WOULD HAVE LEFT IT OPEN AND NOT CLOSED IT 6 YEARS AGO .. </p> <p> </p>
