I app**** for an account last week online for markhams, however I was told my employment could not be verified due to the manager taking too long to answer the phone but each and every time they call they do not wait for even a minute to get the relevant person on the phone, when they are told to wait they just hang up as the result now my application has been declined, could somebody look into this thank you
