This store is worse when it comes to *****. I had an issue where I paid them in January 2019 and that amount actually disappeared from their records. The issue went on until they involved DMC. I then involved Ombudsman department and the account closed on terms which 1 was a negligence from their side and 2ndly it was a prescribed debt. Now again they sending DMC to harass me For R4800 that I don’t even know.
