Markets.com trading platform circus

I signed up with markets.com a couple months ago and had various problems with the functioning of the platform. Quite a lot of technical issues, like when closing a trade it won't close. Or try close a trade and it hangs and have to then log out and log back in, by then the price has changed completely. Also times when you try log in and can't get onto the platform at all. There many technical issues the platform has. But this is my complaint which is just the icing on the cake. So after signing up a few months ago, I contacted my broker Zolisa to complain about all the technical issues I had been experiencing and had a few other questions. One of the things I spoke to her about was that I would be moving to Thailand for a while and wanted to check everything was in order before I go. She assured me everything was in order. I told her exactly when I would be leaving. So then off I go, after arriving in Thailand she then sends me an email saying she needs certain documents to verify my account. Now that I'm in another country and after contacting her and asking if everything in order before I leave, making sure I wouldn't have any problems. Now she starts requesting documents. Why wasn't this requested when I contacted her and asked if everything in order. I mean what more must a person do. So I said, Zolisa I'm in Thailand now I told you when I was leaving. So in the meantime I make a deposit into my trading account so I can start trading. I then get told account blocked until I can sort documentation out. What a circus!!! Its now my problem that you ***********. So I send copy of ID and proof of address. No sorry we can't accept this proof of address,which by the way FNB accepted for my business account but not good enough for markets.com. So all this is now my problem cause they can't do their job properly. I was now told by Richard Gaskin they would be returning my money. Which apparently could take up to 2 weeks. All because they couldn't do their jobs properly. So now the money I need to trade with is now sitting in their account and I must wait. Which means no trading, which means loss of money for me. So whatever you do, do not even consider using markets.com, run in the opposite direction. They are an absolute circus from start to finish.
