I withdrew money which amount to $524 on the 10 December 2021 and that has not reached my bank account to date. I contacted them in January about this issue of which they asked me to give them my bank statement and official letter from my bank as proof that the money I did not receive the money. After giving them everything they asked for they just ignored me. Whenever I send them an email using the same reference number now they just pretend as if they don’t know what I’m talking about. When I explain they just ignore me.
