Horrible communication and service.

I purchased clip in hair extensions on 6 May, paid extra for delivery within 2-3 days (more than R200 ) as I required the extensions asap for my wedding. Also ended up paying more coz of conversion rate. I should have received the shipment on 11 May 2021 latest. I checked the tracking site and it has no details of my order. After I paid I received almost no other communication besides the order and tracking number that doesn't work. I mailed their customer service, still no response.
