The consultant of market trader (Sphiwe) explained the conditions of the contract verbally and misled us by saying that we can cancel the contract a month before they start deducting the installment from our account. When we singed the contract, she left with the contract saying the she will email the copies of the contract on the same day for us to read through it as she was in a rush to other clients but she never sent the contract. When I called her she kept on ignoring our calls because she knew she **** about the conditions of contract and now market trader is refusing to cancel the account because on the contract they state that the contract can be cancelled within 5 days, she knew we were not going to take it because we told her that we cannot afford it. she **** about everything. we called her but she kept on ignoring out calls and now we stuck with software that we don't want. Market trader is tricking people about taking their products by telling them lies about the product. The support team is also not helpful, when you ask questions about the product they became impatient with you. I want the contract cancelled please help.
