Name clearance

I have got a problem about a company called Market trader, last year they recruited me into trading where they let me sign a contract, they promised to train me on how to do online trading. After seeing that they do not have time to train me, I told them that I want to cancell as I am no longer interested. They told me they are still going provide training, refusing to cancell the contract. I went to legal aid seeking for help on cancellation of contract. The legal aid told them I want to cancel, they then said I must pay the cancellation fee. We asked them to advise how much the cancellation fee. After some days they came back with an answer saying the cancellation fee amount is R12 000. So we asked for the formula that they used to come up with the amount, they did not answer till today. They then started deducting my money every month...and I reverse it. The problem I trying yo buy property and this is blocking me as I fo not have proof that I do not owe them. Please help my life is now a mess because of this.
