Market trader representative came to our work place and gave a presentation of the trading software they sell for R21 000. After presentation he said the software is available on credit. I fell victim and signed the contract. Then I was told to download a MT4 platform on Google play which is for free. Now I have debt collectors calling me for payment but I haven't received any authentic software as per presentation from them and they really dont have a software to sell. I am afraid they will mess up my credit record. please help. They are working together on this with CTI international and trace online. I have proof of all communications to them and cancellation queries. This account is with trace online now and at market trader I communicated with Timo( ********** 078) but he wanted 12% of contract amount for cancellation.
