Company not hounoring the promise to install the system

A company by the name Market trader was introduced to me their stock markert trader by the name of Pass more Mandiya Kwashira the appointment was made by their admin manager y the name Lizzy Mabuza. I did nt have the whole amount they were selling the package with, so Lizzy arranged for me to be financed by pay point of which I was declined. She offered to do the in-house finance of paying R3000 deposit and paid s monthly installment of 733.34 for 24 months with no interest. I agree on the offer and they deducted the installement as from the 15th of April 2017, and on the25th of April 2017 I deposited the money and sent a proof of payment to Lizzy. The agreement was that as soon as I pay the deposit they will install the system into my phone or computer. After paying the deposit they promised to get the package after two weeks of which I got it on the fourth week of May. I called them several times for the package to be installed on my computer eventually a lady by the name Tumie called me to arrange the installation unfortunately that day the internet was bad so she adviced that I must buy a modem of which I did and the next day she tried to install with no success. I advise that they must rather send the guy that was selling the package to me who is their stock trader here in Cape Town. We made an appointment for the second week of June of wish he did not hournor but eventually he managed to come. He communicated with his head office to install the system on my work computer but the installation was unsuccessful due to that it was protected by company I'm working for for my private usage. So we made another appointment for the Monday of the 26th so that I can organise a table or labtop over the weekend then he can come on Monday to install and give me some training on how to trade and make money out of the system of buying and selling shares globally. Since that day I have been calling their office his cell with no avail and I have send several emails and sms with no response.

I then reversed two debit orders to get their attention they never responded. And they don't are no where to be found on the phone and emails. All I need know is to send them their package and get my refund of all the installments in have paid and my R3000 deposit as soon possible.

I would be glad if I can be assisted on the abovementioned request.
