Market Trader a rip-off

I joined this thing back in 2017. Was promised training which never materialized. I even went to their offices where I met Bheki, nothing changed. The guy who sold me this thing vanished, numbers changed. The software was malfunctioning. I returned it. CTI in on my back with the Sheriff of the court. I refuse to pay what I've never benefitted from. So awaiting court currently I have to get an attorney...I wonder if ombudsman can assist us... I suspect CTI is also part of this ****...
