Worst Communication Received

I had my car serviced here. They were unable to fix something on my car and Derek said he would call me with someone who could fix it (Strange that Toyota can't fix something on a Toyota.)

He didn't call back so I followed up with him. He once again never got back to me.

This is now the 3rd day in a row calling twice a day where I just get put through to people who don't answer. There are no managers available. Guy doesn't answer his phone, Derek never answers, Ruan the stand-in the manager of the service center doesn't answer.

Honestly the most useless communication. Switchboard to switchboard with no-one answering and just ending up with a new person on the line who has no idea of what is going on.

Would not recommend taking your car here.
