Poor service

Bought a car from these guys just before Covid, took the car without car mats. I was promised it would be resolved only to find out that due to Covid they need to have a meeting regards those mats.

Also promised to sort out some Mark's on rims, they probibly need to have a meeting regards that to.

They have ruined a experience that should have been pleasant. The salesman seemed honest, pity he is backed by real poor short sighted management.

Don't trust this company, dont think because they carrying the Toyota brand they are going to do the right thing. Over minor issues they are willing to go back on their word, imagine it was serious issues.
