Poor service

I’m writing this because I’m waiting for a week now and they haven’t call back. This is my experience for all the Yaris Owners. Took my car for a service on the 17 Aug, was informed it’s a major service. Also asked them to have a look at me speedsensors since it’s no longer working... These are my issues; 1.they only replaced the filters and the oil, absolutely no difference in the way the car is driving and the refs are still very high, no tuning nothing whatsoever. 2. They said they tested the speed sensor but my speedometer ( mileage ) has not ticked an ince, not sure what or how they tested they tested....

This was supposed to be a major service I could’ve replaced my own filters...

Ok now the nice part; they called me the next day to asked if I was happy with the service, told them Im very unhappy....then they send me an email to say I will get a call, 8 days later still waiting....this is the reason for my review....will never take my car to them ever again...
