Lost touch with reality.......

Recently attempted to purchase my wife her 3rd Toyota from this dealership....what a total shambles. From the way the sales person (clueless) handled the info at his disposal to the totally arrogant used car sales manager, they completely ****ed the whole process......it's safe to say that this dealership seems to have lost touch with reality and, more importantly, service levels. They have seen the last of my custom! Whilst I am keen to take up proper trade assistance by moving to another brand of SUV, I remain a loyal Toyota supporter and I am sure there are still Toyota dealerships that value their customers....and are actually keen to do business.
