"Certified" Bad Spray Job Toyota

Sold me a "Certified Used Vehicle" . 3 years later the bumper is discoloring and it turns out it had a "bad spray job" before the branch sold it to me, but the Manager said he's give me good price on the respray. No thank you Mr Walker, that's not how you run a business if you want loyal clients..... Or is that your business plan? Sell cars that need to be fixed within a few years? Disgusting ethics and no sense of customer service.
