****!!!!!

Requested cancellation as from 04 May 2018. I have sent numerous amounts of emails and phoned countless amount of times and NOTHING in return. After many attempts to cancel the contract, i filled the forms in and sent it back to them, they told me i had to wait 21 days for the application of cancellation to take place. After waiting the 21 days, I then received an email stating that they will only refund my R21950.00 if i Qualify?? It was told to me that should i request to cancel, it will happen with no hesitation.

The guy that came to sell the product to me, introduced himself as Rudolph. Very persuasive. After he registered me, He had then left the company.

The technician whom introduced himself to me as Dawid. Also, have not heard anything from him since our first encounter.

The receptionist claims to know nothing. Nobody is ever at work. Messages never get passed along.

I am disgusted in what is going on!! I am, as from TODAY, taking legal action!!!!!
