Master Market Direct phoned WH Saunderson, 72 Years old, and told him he won R5k, and they will send a person out to bring the money. When Stiaan arrived he gave WH Saunderson a contract to sign, and withdrew R10k from his account. Later he begged Stiaan to cancel, because he misunderstood the situation. Stiaan left in a hurry, and WH Saunderson immediately cancelled the contract in writing . Up and till today we are waiting for a refund - or communication in this regard. We could not track the real entity this company belong to, and their attorney did not want to give that to us. Misrepresentation and the non compliance to the Consumer protection act both happened in the process.
