Lots of promises - No delivery!

I have been trying to leave Market Master Direct for almost three months now. They will not cancel my debit order or refund any of my moneys. Furthermore they have been double charging me - putting the debit order through twice each month. Although they have promised (numerous times) to cancel the service via phone or e-mail, nothing actually gets done.
