Bad experience

Bellville branch: I have to be honest, the concept is great, but the execution needs serious improvement. The store was extremely crowded, and having additional market vendors set up inside made the space feel even more cramped. There was hardly enough room for customers to prepare their noodles, and finding a place to sit was almost impossible. What was even more frustrating was the lack of clear instructions on how the process works. Not everyone discovers Kokoro Market through social media or arrives already knowing what to do. For first-time visitors, there is very little guidance, which creates a chaotic frenzy of people trying to figure things out as they go. Clear signage, step-by-step instructions, and staff guidance would make the experience far more enjoyable. For a business attracting high-intent customers who have specifically come to experience the concept, this level of confusion and overcrowding is disappointing. The products are great, but the customer journey and in-store experience need significant attention if you want people to leave feeling excited rather than frustrated.
