Worst buy ever

this below mail wad sent to both the dealer and mfc i started fixing the car before my first installment only got auto reply from nedbank that was it

Hi market car dealers and mfc Nedbank

On the 23rd November I had a problem with my car which is not even two months old. First it had a reconditioned alternator which i had replace to replace at my cost as recorn is not covered by warranty it cost me 3700 for the alternator and 800 for labour which it was all fair if dealer reimburse me but they dint or even entertain my issues . On the 25th November it started loosing water i called warranty it was towed away to vw princes where they discovered the thermo start housing was leaking and they qoated me 5200 for the parts and labour, the warrant refused to pay the full amount for four hours so they 900 for part and one hour for labour so i had to pay the three hours out of my pocket(R2700) the maintenance plan was supposed to cover both full labour and full parts. on the 30th November i had the car back which i only use for seven days on sixth it had a leak i took it back to vw princess am waiting for the outcome of the problem which i will know on the 9th monday. To be honest am am not happy with the car if the are means we can cancel the deal or give me another one am all for it.this is not what i signed up for I dont think am getting any after sales support from my dealer i had been complaining for two weeks with no proper assitance i can not go to work without my car tommorow monday the 9th i will have to stay way from work this is my my first step which my next step i will hear from your reply. I need a car while this issue is being attended too assp please my bank and my dealer come up with a solution sooner if you cant help me let me know so i can take it further to hello pieter and consumer ombudsman. Am disappointed i had to call mfc not debt me this month because i could not afford to pay the difference which aa warranty failed to cover.
