Useless Market Car Sales

Bought a 2013 Ranger from them. Was told when I looked at the car the 1st time that there is spare keys, FSH etc. Month later only have spare key now and still waiting for the FSH info. I traded my Chev in and paid the diff in cash. This place are really a bunch of clowns.
