Faults on Motorvehicle

I bought a 2009 Renault Sandero + pack from Market Car Sales Within one week I forwarded a list of faults to Market car sales and also phoned the salesman John regarding the problems. John said to me that he will take it to management immediatly but I had no feedback from John. I did included the secretary in the original email.I went to Standerton and on Sunday 6th of December the car broke down. I left several voice messages on Market Car Sales and after a big fight they collected the vehicle in Standerton. On Friday the 11th of December 2015 I received a sms from the mamanger Albert informing me that the vehicle is repaired. I send him a sms and asked if all the faults were repaired and he said yes. I collected the vehicle on Saturday the 12th of December 2015 from them just to find that only the problem occurred on Sunday was fixed and nothing else. I forwarded an email and then the Principal dealer Richard told me that I must stop complaining and enjoy the vehicle and that I am a ******s. Please help me to get this problems sorted.
