DIDN'T DISCLOSE STATE OF VEHICLE

DIDNT DISCLOSE THE CAR PROBLEMS. We drove to Jhb from KZN to to buy a specific vehicle from them which they were well aware of. This purchased on 3 November. They gave us discount because of a side bumper bashing. We drove the vehile back to KZN, called them and asked if there is a problem on the gearbox or anything else as the vehicle was jerking. We have had non-stop troubles with this vehicle trying to get the jerking fixed. Took it for diagnostics, changed sensor, 3 teeth were out on the vehicle, changed throttle body, no oil in gearbox, put in oil, now we need an alternator. We were also advised this whole vehicle has been in an accident all around not only the side bumper bashing, no spare wheel given which fits the vehicle and battery taken out the vehicle. On test drive, they said there was no petrol we can just go a little down the road to test the vehicle. They have **** about the state of the vehicle as it was their personal vehicle, shouldve told us of all these problems. Refuse to do the alternator and gearbox, want my money back, according to CPA have 6 months, they now refuse as it was not returned after a month. ***** - YOU SHOULD BE HONEST ON THE VEHICLES YOU SELL read the ACT!!! We will take it further.
