complain

I bought a Peugeot 307,Priced at R45000,now that the car has given me problems within a month of purchase,when I return the car they say I must first fix the car to its purchased condition,then they can give me another car for the same value,they don't wanna refund me my money,I don't wanna purchase the car from them anymore,what can I do?
